In light of Thanksgiving AND Small Business Saturday, I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU.
Pioneer Cannabis Company was a company formed from “what-if” chats between a father and daughter. Getting Pioneer off the ground was a more difficult than either of us could ever have imagined; the risks professionally, personally, and financially were enormous. There were times during the two and a half years of licensing and construction when we’d have doubts - could we really finish this? My Dad would always just say "We put our heads down and do the work” and so that's what we did.
The day we (he!) tore down the old motel was a milestone.
The day the The Barn was completed was a milestone.
The day we got our final license from the Cannabis Control Commission was a milestone.
The day we welcomed our first customer was...the best damn day.
We’ve been open for 6 months now and we’re learning what products you love (and doubling down on them) and moving away from any products that don’t deliver the quality AND the price point that you expect. We assembled a team who feel the same way we do – that it’s about quality cannabis and the friendliest atmosphere. The entire Pioneer team cares deeply about the experience you have with the products you leave with and that’s not a script we gave them, it’s genuine.
We aren’t moguls sitting on a yacht somewhere. We aren’t multi-state-operators. We’re a family. A family who is thrilled to have the opportunity to serve yours.
